One of the KolaKPIsang Programs in improving Environmental Sanitation is reducing open defecation in Bontang City, especially in the Belimbing Village. Located at RT.49 Gotong Royong Kel. Carambola, PT. Kaltim Parna Industri in collaboration with the Bontang City Health Office and West Bontang Health Center distributed toilets and septic tanks for residents who do not have proper sanitation.

It is hoped that this program can improve the quality of the environment, especially efforts to improve the environment and improve sanitation as well as increase public awareness of the importance of clean and healthy living behavior.
